How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance?We have 37.5 hour contracts with full time staff. Requests for part time and flexible working are considered and granted if possible given company requirements. Time off in lieu for overtime.
How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process?There is an induction process that begins from the first day. Line managers are encouraged to develop an individual induction for each new starter that is tailored to each specific role within the business. This induction process may last for 3 months, for example.
How does the organisation embrace employees to make them feel part of the team?Each new starter is shown around the building and introduced to all staff and later on given time to meet with key staff to learn more about the roles within the company.
