| What common mistakes do you see applicants make at interview? | Not being able to deliver verbally what they write in their application - understand how their experience relates to the job, analyse answers, understand legislative framework, up to date with current working practices i.e. person centred planning, life books. Not being able to present selves verbally in a clear, concise, thought out way. Being too casual, not putting effort in (i.e. presentation does not mean read from A4 paper!) Not being able to think on feet in the interview. |
