What for you makes an applicant stand out from the crowd?We use a scoring system based on the questions asked at interview and their presentation. However we are keen to see enthusiastic people who have researched the company and have visited our Galleries and are interested in Art.
What common mistakes do you see applicants make at interview?Lack of knowledge or experience. When giving a presentation, some individuals have not researched their topic fully enough and therefore are unable to answer basic questions that are asked of them.
What kind of training do you provide for new starters within your organisation?As much as is necessary. Full induction. The company hold an extensive training budget to ensure its staff are well trained.
