How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance?This is a temping agency so they can be very flexible, candidates can choose when they want to work and can take shifts to suit them.
How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process?Candidates are inducted into the firm through an interview and a formal registration process. The process takes 2 - 3 days for references to be checked, then the Criminal Record Bureau normally takes around 3-4 weeks to run all other necessary checks.
