We look for several core competencies dependent upon the role involved
We have a large team of coaches – NVQ 2 minimum – Level 3 if possible. In addition we would want to see additional courses, other sports qualifications, & experience of working with disabled people, children, different socio-economic groups etc.
We have an administrative role – Office Manager – different set of skills & quals, Community Officer – organisational skills & my role – Community Manager – management of people, projects, finance, business planning, etc |
