| How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process? | Depends on the job role. General induction takes ~1day and includes H&S, introductions to staff and place of work. Job specific induction can take anywhere from 1 wk – 3 months and includes training on specific functions. |

| What is the recruitment process for a graduate applying for work with your organisation and what core competencies do you look for? | Process is CV submission followed by 2 interviews.
Core competencies again depend on the job role. The analyst position which is most suitable to graduates we look for a good degree (preferably 2:1) in a business or numerical based subject with some commercial experience.
Other positions would we would be looking for a good degree (preferably 2:1) in a related subject with some commercial experience. |
