What common mistakes do you see applicants make at interview?Firstly, if you can't make it let us know. It is really unacceptable to just not turn up for interview or to call up 5 minutes before the interview to say that you can't come. The other mistake is how some graduates present themselves at interview. Be smart and dress appropriately for the interview.
What kind of training do you provide for new starters within your organisation?Training in ongoing and on the job. Each person who starts learns about what they need to accomplish their role.

How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance?We try to accommodate to each of our employees needs and offer flexible working hours to support this.
How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process?Normally the induction is for about half a day. The new recruit is shown around the company and introduced to everyone then is given a health and safety talk.
How does the organisation embrace employees to make them feel part of the team?We have a friendly working atmosphere and people often socialise outside of work.
What kind of training do you provide for new starters within the organisation?Most of the training we give our staff is given in house and is ongoing. However we also offer some external courses to people where needed to boast our skill-set.
