| How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance? | Supervisors ensure that employees monitor work load by leaving phone messages reminding staff to use their time effectively. They offer 6 days Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) plus 4 extra days holiday which staff can have as time off or in cash. They also have annualised hours, flexible working and part time work. |
| How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process? | There is a national induction day for all graduates across the country to meet one another. They are introduced to the company's policies and procedures and do team building exercises. The rest of the first week is spent in the branch where they will be working for further induction into the company. |

This will be someone from their immediate team. They conduct socials throughout the year and hold annual office sports days. They also have regular social events throughout the year to encourage a team environment. |

| What is the recruitment process for a graduate applying for work with your organisation and what core competencies do you look for? | They have an online application form which all applicants need to submit. Applicants must have A's and B's in GCSE Maths and English and 2 B's and a C at A Level, not including General Studies (280 UCAS points). For some specialist roles 2 A's and a B will be required at A Level. They also look for a 2:1 degree classification. If you did not complete A Levels prior to attending university, you will need to detail what you did to get into university. Successful applicants will be asked to complete an online numeracy test - this test is simply to determine that you the numeracy skills required for the role. Once you have completed this stage, if successful, you will be invited to a face to face interview with the manager of the department that you have applied to. The next stage is the Assessment Day which consists of an interview with the senior partner or director in the department you have applied to, a group or individual exercise (this depends on the number of people attending the day) and a psychometric test which is both numerical and diagrammatic and is conducted under exam conditions.
The assessment day is the final stage of the interview process and successful applicants are informed within 48 hours of the day.
