Sometimes people often think that if they are coming for a job in the Sports and Leisure industry that they do not need to look smart for their interview, however this is still important to us. Again nerves play a big part in people not opening up and giving us the information that is required, to overcome this we do try to make people feel at ease at all stages of the interview process. |
