How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance?We offer flexible working hours to help suit individuals who need to work around their families etc.
How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process?Normally people have an induction morning whereby they are introduced to everyone they will be working with and given training on the project that they will be working on. They are then given a trial shift to work whereby a senior member of staff is on hand to help the person and monitor their performance. The trail shift allows both parties see whether the job is suitable for them.
How does the organisation embrace employees to make them feel part of the team?The company is quite a small company and has a friendly atmosphere.
