How long is the process? | Normally people have an induction morning whereby they are introduced to everyone they will be working with and given training on the project that they will be working on. They are then given a trial shift to work whereby a senior member of staff is on hand to help the person and monitor their performance. The trail shift allows both parties see whether the job is suitable for them. |
