How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance?The company organises meals out and informal get togethers.
How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process?Each new employee gets a safety induction and then are introduced to their role and responsibilities that they hold. The initial induction probably lasts 2 weeks but it is not until the person has been with the company for about 6 months that they know all that they need to know.
How does the organisation embrace employees to make them feel part of the team?We make sure each new starter is assigned a mentor to help them fit in.
What kind of training do you provide for new starters within the organisation?Safety training, this is quite intensive due to the nature of the work that we do.

What is the recruitment process for a graduate applying for work with your organisation and what core competencies do you look for?After the CVs are checked we invite a number of candidates to interview. We normally get an agency to do this for us. We then look at the candidates ability to troubleshoot, their electronics knowledge and their computer literacy.
