How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance?Mainly through a cultural atmosphere. We have few policies or hard and fast rules on getting people to take all their leave, look at ways of reducing stress, etc. but we try to be supportive of any staff.
How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process?Initial induction relating to basic systems and health & safety is quite short, only a matter of the first few days. Beyond that, induction is ad hoc and according to need and situations arising.
How does the organisation embrace employees to make them feel part of the team?We have a supportive atmosphere, some social events and mixing and are intolerant of behaviour that works against this.
What kind of training do you provide for new starters within the organisation?According to need from basic first aid to full teaching qualifications.
