| How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance? | Mainly through a cultural atmosphere. We have few policies or hard and fast rules on getting people to take all their leave, look at ways of reducing stress, etc. but we try to be supportive of any staff. |
| How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process? | Initial induction relating to basic systems and health & safety is quite short, only a matter of the first few days. Beyond that, induction is ad hoc and according to need and situations arising. |
