| How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance? | We are a small company of 13 employees going through a critical growth phase so there are no official work-life balance initiatives in place. |

How long is the process? | Again, being a small business in a critical growth phase induction is not as long or as detailed a process as we would like. Currently employees typically spend two days taking job skills training and half a day being educated on company culture (Who We Are) – and corporate mission (What We Do) |

Regular monthly meetings with employees provide a forum for issues/grievances to be raised and, whenever practically possible we organise team building events such as karting or paint balling. |
