All of our posts involve dealing with clients so some basic customer handling/service is always something we look for. To be honest common sense is often as good as experience. |

At interview we like applicants who have researched the company (freely available online), who come across as articulate, interested, well motivated and willing to be flexible towards the job they will do. |
