| How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance? | • The hours can be long (8:30 – 6pm Monday – Friday) but the financial rewards are excellent once the consultant has become established. Because of the ‘sales/team atmosphere’ most of our branches also have a strong social –life between consultants too. |
| How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process? | • There are many training courses, that we send trainee consultants on all throughout their career at BBT. A lot of emphasis is put on welcoming the new-starter, there is also a traditional ‘new starter do’ where the company introduces the starter in a non-formal way via a special function, usually in a pub/restaurant. |
