What is involved in your recruitment process?Local newspaper, Through an agency, Graduate Link, Specialist publications
How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance?• The hours can be long (8:30 – 6pm Monday – Friday) but the financial rewards are excellent once the consultant has become established. Because of the ‘sales/team atmosphere’ most of our branches also have a strong social –life between consultants too.
How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process?• There are many training courses, that we send trainee consultants on all throughout their career at BBT. A lot of emphasis is put on welcoming the new-starter, there is also a traditional ‘new starter do’ where the company introduces the starter in a non-formal way via a special function, usually in a pub/restaurant.
