What sort of work experience do you feel is appropriate for the kind of graduate roles that you recruit for? For admin/clerical roles they must have had 6 months experience in a similar field. For Medical secretary they would look for at least 2 years experience. When they have a large intake of newly qualified nurses they would only expect them to have their qualification, but for individual posts they would be expected to have had previous experience.
What common mistakes do you see applicants make at interview?Unable to answer as they do not get involved in the interviews.
