How long is the process? | New employees receive a tour around the office complex, an introduction to all departments and colleagues and an informative presentation on the company, its business and work ethos to prepare them for their first day of work. Depending on the role other external visits or training may be included. Thereafter the employee commences work and is mentored by a colleague until settled in the role. |

We keep staff constantly informed of business developments and train them if required to embrace new opportunities. |

| What is the recruitment process for a graduate applying for work with your organisation and what core competencies do you look for? | Vacancies are advertised and applicants are asked to send in a CV and cover letter as this can portray more ‘personality’ than a standard application. Short listed candidates will be invited in for interview and a further shortlist will be drawn up. Candidates from this list will be invited in for a second interview which may include a presentation on a business-related topic advised of beforehand. |
