| How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance? | All overtime required by the company is discussed in advance and incorporates the knowledge that employees may not always be available. Weekend work again is a choice, but is available for those who prefer. Additionally flexible working hours are available to all employees to fit around other commitments. |
| How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process? | People are asked to send their CV initially. If we are happy with what we see, then respondents will be invited for an interview. Then we ask the employee to return for a second and final interview. The overall process from CV to being fully recruited normally takes around 2 - 4 weeks. |

This encourages employees to get to know each other in an informal environment. The company also holds an annual Christmas party, which is always a huge success. |
