| How does your organisation ensure a good work-life balance? | The organisation is small so individuals tend to look after each other, we all realise that we have to support each other in order to continue to succeed. There are no formal procedures as such although we do have good time sheets to monitor work and staff input and we have generous holiday entitlement as well as other leave benefits.
TOIL arrangements are agreed to ensure staff work only the contracted hours and do not work too long. |
| How are people inducted into your organisation? How long is the process? | There is not a formal induction process. We have recruited an experienced administrator that has set up their new system for the organisation. Other staff have been appointed as a result of working as an associate before being made a permanent employee. |
