Please give details of your experience?Got involved with the Scout movement as a leader. Also did some volunteering on schemes organised by the University. Also involved in some of the Societies.

What responsibilities do you hold?Responsible for the education of all the students I teach at the school I was placed in by Teach First. Also have some management responsibility as I co-ordinate KS4 in the department.
What do you enjoy the most about this job?Very varied, every day as a teacher is different.
What do you enjoy the least?Job with massive highs and lows.
What was involved in the recruitment process for this job?Online application, assessment centre in London, 6 week pre-teaching crash course in Canterbury.

When did you start thinking about what you wanted to do after graduation? Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? Towards the end of my 2nd year, more seriously at the start of my 3rd year.

Did you experience any difficulties when it came to finding work after graduation? If yes, please describe some of the problems you faced? Not really, I applied to Teach First and got it so didn't have to think of anything else.
What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? How long it takes to do an application.
What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now?Think about how you can build up your CV, and be prepared, it takes time to do the job applications.
