Please give details of your experience?Part time clerical work and volunteered on a management committee. However, I was already doing this before going to university.
How useful did you find this work experience when it came to find a job after graduating?Found all my work experience useful, it gives you confidence and experience in life situations.

When did you start thinking about what you wanted to do after graduation? Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? As soon as my course finished I began applying for full time positions. For me this was soon enough as I have children and didn't want to start full time work until September.

Did you experience any difficulties when it came to finding work after graduation? If yes, please describe some of the problems you faced? No I found work quite quickly as I had lots of work experience and a degree.
What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? A bit more about what companies employed graduates, although my age has been a barrier to some positions.
What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now?Be positive and confident and don't be afraid to try something new.
Would you have done anything differently while at university to prepare for your career? Please give details.I would have studied another language, as I am now based in Italy/Spain, I am finding that without being able to speak another language my degree is not much help.
How do you feel your degree has prepared you for today's labour market?Although my degree is in Business Studies on reflection I think I should have taken a more specific degree. Due to personal circumstances I am now moving around Europe trying to find work and unfortunately all my degree has helped with is enable me to teach English as a foreign language in private schools.
