What was involved in the recruitment process for this job?I've worked for the company a number of times. The process was quite informal due to having worked there before.

When did you start thinking about what you wanted to do after graduation? Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? I don't think I left enough time for this but I didn't know what I wanted to do.

What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now?Work hard at your CV and covering letter - try to make your CV suit the role you're applying for.

How do you feel your degree has prepared you for today's labour market?I feel that my experience is bang up to date. I feel my placement was an ideal opportunity to learn about a particular industry and it gave me good work experience.
