When did you start thinking about what you wanted to do after graduation? Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? My degree included a placement year, hence on application to companies in my second year I was making my choices.

Did you experience any difficulties when it came to finding work after graduation? If yes, please describe some of the problems you faced? No, the placement year was excellent, and almost assured a job on graduation.
What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? Working for a year gave me an idea as to how much effort is required to succeed. I probably missed out on a first class degree as I did not appreciate this in my second year.
What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now?Apply as early as possible, but don't rush things. It is important to make sure your application is correct.
Would you have done anything differently while at university to prepare for your career? Please give details.I would have worked harder in my second year to gain a first class degree.
How do you feel your degree has prepared you for today's labour market?My degree was excellent, and gave me good foundation to complete my chartered accountancy exams.
