| When did you start thinking about what you wanted to do after graduation? Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? | My degree included a placement year, hence on application to companies in my second year I was making my choices. |

| Did you experience any difficulties when it came to finding work after graduation? If yes, please describe some of the problems you faced? | No, the placement year was excellent, and almost assured a job on graduation. |
| What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? | Working for a year gave me an idea as to how much effort is required to succeed. I probably missed out on a first class degree as I did not appreciate this in my second year. |
| What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now? | Apply as early as possible, but don't rush things. It is important to make sure your application is correct. |
| Would you have done anything differently while at university to prepare for your career? Please give details. | I would have worked harder in my second year to gain a first class degree. |
