Please give details of your experience?Had part-time bar job in final year. Done various voluntary jobs, mostly work with local children. Done tutoring of A-level students during final undergraduate year and first year PhD. Worked as a teacher of undergraduates and for the admissions on open days in my department during first year of PhD.
How useful did you find this work experience when it came to find a job after graduating?Still not got a job....doing a PhD following graduation!

Do you feel you have a career plan?Yes
If so, how does your current situation fit into this plan?Working towards a PhD; then do a few post-docs; then perhaps become an academic, although this may change. Current situation is therefore imperative to achieving this goal.
When did you start thinking about what you wanted to do after graduation? Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? Always wanted to do further study - a PhD. Left plenty of time to consider this and decide which one.

What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? Have not applied for jobs!
What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now?Start early; get applications in early, I would imagine.
Would you have done anything differently while at university to prepare for your career? Please give details.No. Although perhaps a year in industry or relevant summer work would have helped for future references.
How do you feel your degree has prepared you for today's labour market?Very well, taught hard work and time management.
What impact did your course have on your career aspirations? Affirmed job choice
Did you make use of the careers service at university?Yes
If yes, please describe how you used the careers service.Used career workshops and skills sessions run by companies. Used leaflets in outlet. Did a practice psychometric test. Had careers advisor look over an application form.
