Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? | I was thinking all the way through my degree but it took me quite a while to decide exactly what I wanted. It wasn't that I didn't leave enough time, I needed plenty of time and experience to decide |

| Did you experience any difficulties when it came to finding work after graduation? If yes, please describe some of the problems you faced? | Yes because I did not know what I wanted to do. I had trouble with the ones I applied for as I did not have enough relevant experience. |
| What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? | What 'experience' actually is, that it is nothing to do with educational experience but hands on experience. |
| What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now? | Do as much volunteering and work experience as possible, even if you are not sure how it fits in with what you want, and enjoy it. |
| Would you have done anything differently while at university to prepare for your career? Please give details. | Taken on more voluntary work, and worried less about getting paid. |
| How do you feel your degree has prepared you for today's labour market? | Not particularly well, it prepares for an academic life or a graduate placement but I didn't want to do that. |
