Did you experience any difficulties when it came to finding work after graduation? If yes, please describe some of the problems you faced? Yes, in my desired area as there is a shortage of jobs which are dominated by teachers that are more experienced.
What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? How difficult it can be to secure a full time job in FE!
What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now?Look early and learn to sell yourself, apply for a large number of jobs, take note of the feedback you get from interviews.
