What responsibilities do you hold?Organising The Playtex Moonwalk alongside our director.
What do you enjoy the most about this job?Logistics planning, meeting a huge variety of people, building relationships with suppliers.
What do you enjoy the least?Writing purchase orders!
What was involved in the recruitment process for this job?Started as a temp in the finance department before going travelling - there was an opening in the events department, i moved over and never went travelling.
Do you feel you have a career plan?Yes
If so, how does your current situation fit into this plan?It is giving me fantastic experience in a field which is quite difficult to break into which should hold me in good stead for a career in event management.
When did you start thinking about what you wanted to do after graduation? Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? I didn't think about it, I fell into a great job.

What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? I didn't apply for any jobs
What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now?Get out there and try things, you don't know what a job is going to be like until you've done it - often not what you are expecting.
Would you have done anything differently while at university to prepare for your career? Please give details.A different course but I had no idea what I wanted to do until I started doing it.
How do you feel your degree has prepared you for today's labour market?Probably better than most - with some finance understanding I have had more of an insight into the workings of organisations than some counterparts. Going to university was a great way of learning to deal with people at all levels and from all backgrounds which i think is necessary whatever field you enter for your career.
