| If so, how does your current situation fit into this plan? | Well, I have always aimed to be a doctor and I am about to start at Warwick medical school. |
| When did you start thinking about what you wanted to do after graduation? Thinking back did you leave enough time for this? | I thought about what I wanted to do all the way through university and although my first application to graduate medical school was rejected I applied again as soon as I had graduated. |

| Did you experience any difficulties when it came to finding work after graduation? If yes, please describe some of the problems you faced? | Not really because I was looking for something that would give me experience for medical school not for a career. |
| What do you wish you had known before you started applying for jobs? | That it is not that easy for graduates to find jobs. |
| What advice would you give to someone applying for jobs now? | Don't be afraid of starting at the bottom of the ladder because there will always be room to move up to it. |
| Would you have done anything differently while at university to prepare for your career? Please give details. | I don't think I would have changed a thing. |
| How do you feel your degree has prepared you for today's labour market? | My degree didn't really prepare you enough for the job market but I wouldn't hesitate doing it again. |
