Haven't updated for a while, but there are a multitude of reasons why, and things are looking a little rosier since my last post two weeks ago.

The remainder of my birthday week was spent earning and spending money while having a very good time becoming an adult. Unfortunately, due to an error by the payroll company dealing with my wages, I ended up being charged by the bank, and then my landlord. Am in the process of writing a nasty/pleading letter to them asking for them to reimburse me, as ultimately it's their mistake which has cost me the money. However, getting this kind of concession from this sort of organisation usually brings to mind the 'blood' and 'stone' proverb so I'm not terribly optimistic.

My dissertation has changed somewhat in the last week, but am feeling much more confident about writing it, and have a few days to get some stuff down and checked by my tutor. Easter is shaping up to be seven days chained to a computer, but this is third year after all. As if I haven't got enough on with that, I'm half way through a Shakespearian Drama essay that's due in on Friday, so spare time is a figment of my imagination currently.

ALSO [you'll see why it merits capitalisation if you read on] I have a charity gig tomorrow night which me and the band are rehearsing for, so am trying to squeeze that in this evening. Wednesday sees me work my last room surveyor shift in the morning (huzzah) before going down to Abbeydale to compete in the Ultimate Frisbee Varsity match - a really huge fixture, as it also counts for qualification to the National tournament.

So essay writing pokes in its ugly head whenever it can. As do 'blog' updates. Apologies!
